Moving your family to another town or state is a major event in your life!   I have helped many families and individuals relocate to and from the Houston's Greater Clear Lake  area since 1990.

If you will be moving to Houston and considering this Greater Clear Lake Area, we can correspond by email, phone or text.

When you visit, I'll be ready! We will visit the neighborhoods and homes that interest you the most.

In addition, we can talk about schools, subdivisions, local market conditions, local culture... anything that is important to you.  Check out the links below.

Remember:  as an experienced Houston, Clear Lake, NASA, and League City REALTOR®, it's my job to know this area inside and out, and I want to make your transition as smooth as possible.

More Information and links:

I will enjoy introducing you to the communities which make up the Greater Clear Lake area.

Clear Lake City, the southeast corner of Houston and the home of NASA, was incorporated by Houston in 1977. The Clear Lake area has maintained its own identity, partly because of its unique characteristics.  Clear Lake City is surrounded by small communities:  Webster, El Lago, Nassau Bay, Seabrook and Taylor Lake Village which are all on the north side of the lake.  Clear Lake Shores, Kemah and League City are on the South side of the lake.   The actual Clear Lake is not a large lake, but provides a channel into Galveston Bay.

These areas are all serviced by the Clear Creek Independent School District.

The district has five high schools and numerous elementary and intermediate campuses.  It includes parts of both Southeast Harris County and North Galveston County.
